One major fact about me is that I’ve always been a huge fan of documentaries due to them representing realistic aspects in such a raw way. This astonishing documentary made me experience and try certain things for the first time. Believe it or not, this eye-opening experience is only a one hour and a half documentary that is associated with hard evidence. People from all around the world resort to well-known websites that I can’t honestly mention because I have to take precautions to avoid all sorts of conflicts. However, the documentary did mention them and they stated a fact that kind of caught me off guard which is these websites are actually sponsored by unhealthy joints and chains… Mostly meaty chains and pharmaceutical companies… I know, I know, “pharmaceutical companies?” I mean how’s that even possible? It should be taboo, right? well, my answer to you is watch the documentary. They claim that processed foods are very harmful yet they keep on sharing recipes and dishes of them? One thing I know for sure is that they’re contradicting themselves to profit out your health, yes, you, the person who’s reading this article. People need to educate themselves more about what they eat and drink as well. It is not necessarily important to eat animal tissue for protein.. You can easily find your protein in plants. Iron deficiency is the most common and widespread nutritional disorder in the entire world and the least common is protein deficiency so people need to slow down a bit with their proteins. This particular documentary shows you how a whole-plant diet can change you for the better.
